Medals galore at the Cardiff Inter club - 13 April 2008
4 out of the 9 special needs club members attending the Cardiff inter club came away with there very first tournament trophies.
(1) Daniel Newton got his first Gold.
(2) Ryan Goodfellow his first Silver.
(3) Ryan Bennett a Silver fighting in his first tournament with mainstream judo players.
(4) Scott Bennett a Silver fighting with mainstream judo players and some very good special needs players.
(5) Andrew Pearce a Bronze and also fighting in his first tournament.
(6) Joe Beasant a Bronze he fought in a very hard pool and enjoyed the support from his dad and club team members.
(7) Nicole Smith a Bronze and always working hard and enjoying her time on the mat.
(8) Karen Willson a Bronze and fighting in her happy way and having a good time.
(9) Laura Frost a Bronze, this was also her very first judo tournament.
The inter club was run very well and all the players enjoyed it.

Gold and Bronze for Joe Beasant in Beverwijk, The Netherlands - 5 April 2008
Joe Beasant a new SN GB Team member attended a championship in Beverwijk Netherlands today.
Fighting in a pool of 6 he won Gold in the morning. In the afternoon he also fought, this time in a pool of 5 and ended up with a bronze.
We would all like to give Joe our very best wishes in becoming the first Bradley Stoke SN GB Team member.

New Session day and time at Bradley Stoke - 25 March 2008
An extra Judo session on Tuesday nights from the 25th March 2008. The session time will be 5.30pm to 7.00pm.
Special Needs sessions will therefore be Tuesday 5.30pm to 7.00pm, Thursday 7pm to 8.30pm and Saturday 10.30am to 12.00 Noon.
