I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and a member of the Bradley Stoke Judo Club.
Sports Massage Therapy involves treatment of sports injuries or similar injuries brought about by other causes such as work, lifting, gardening,
etc.
Sports Massage can help recovery after a disabling or severe injury, it can also help to prepare for and recover from a specific sporting event.

January 2007 - March 2007: Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy, Premier Training International Ltd, including the following modules:
Foundation Certificate in Fitness Instructing, Gym Instructor Level 2.
- Can prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes within a gym or health and fitness club environment.
Fitness Trainer Award, Personal Certificate Level 3
- Can conduct professional health and fitness assessments and design and implement appropriate exercise programmes to a broad cross section of society, including special populations.
Nutrition for Health and Fitness
- Give appropriate nutritional advice to meet a clients individual training and dietary requirements.
Sports Massage Therapy
- Can conduct safe and appropriate physical examinations, and treat by using relevant sports massage techniques and also recommend corrective exercises.

1994 - First Certificate in English, University of Cambridge.
1990 - Baccalaureat serie D (This is the equivalent of A-Levels in Maths, Physics, and Biology).
1986 - 1988 Football Academy at Thoron-les-Bains- France.
1984 -1986 Football Academy at Val-les-Bains - France.
