1986 Central America Carribean Games wnning a Bronze in the Open weight
1988 Seoul Olympics for Barbados
1989 European Sambo Wrestling 5th
1992 Worlds Sambo Wrestling 5th
1999 he achieved 5th Dan
1999 won the British Masters
2004 World Masters Vienna winning a Bronze medal for Great Britain
2004 British Masters Championships he won Gold
2006 he achieved 6th Dan
